From the moment we take one of your tanks or cylinders on board, we apply a barcode for tracking. Ditech’s unique barcoding system allows us to keep track of the last refurbished date, recertification due dates, and where they are in our system. We will advise you of key dates, and even when we are picking up in your area – maximizing efficiencies.

Our logistics coordinator creates a weekly schedule with customer requirements. We streamline a route pick-up schedule for each driver, and our dispatch coordinates and organizes pick-ups and drop-offs with our clients. Our growing fleet of new customized GPS-equipped tractor/trailers make it possible to know exactly where your load is at any given moment to produce a maximum organization.

Ditech has a system of checks and double-checks through each step of the refurbishing and recertification process – both automated and by our highly trained technicians. Audits, reports, overview, and paperwork is in addition to the inspection of at least one cylinder per department every hour – maximizing quality.
