Cylinders are required to be recertified every 10 years (12 years for US DOT), but with the regular refurbishing and inspection with Ditech’s process, your assets last their expected life span and are recertification-ready for longer.

We recertify US and Canadian DOT cylinders
Ditech is a designated cylinder recertifier of both US and Canadian cylinders, as required by US Department of Transportation, Transport Canada and The Canadian Gas Association regulations – including hydrotesting and external visual inspection.

If your cylinder does not meet recertification requirements, Ditech has DOT-certified welders who can make necessary repairs to get it through the recertification process.
